IALE 2025 European Landscape Ecology Congress

Unter dem Leitthema „Landscape Perspectives in a Rapidly Changing World“ fand der IALE 2025 European Landscape Ecology Congress in Bratislava (Slowakei) statt. Veranstaltet wurde der Kongress vom Institut für Landschaftsökologie der Slowakischen Akademie der Wissenschaften in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Fakultät für Naturwissenschaften der Comenius-Universität Bratislava, IALE-Europe, der Tschechischen Gesellschaft für Landschaftsökologie (IALE-CZ) sowie der Mendel-Universität in Brno. Insgesamt nahmen 428 Forschende und Promovierende aus 36 Ländern teil. Das wissenschaftliche Programm umfasste Keynote-Vorträge, über 400 mündliche und Posterbeiträge sowie thematische Sessions zu aktuellen Treibern des Landschaftswandels, Monitoring-Ansätzen, Lösungsstrategien und neuen Methoden der Landschaftsökologie.
